COVID 19 UPDATE:  You'll be glad to know we're still accepting orders as we're a family run business all staff members are from the same household. Although lockdown is now easing we are still reducing our trips to the Royal Mail Sorting Office and sending our parcels in larger batches; this is to protect ourselves and to do our bit for the wider public.   

For some orders this will result in those orders being dispatched outside of our published timescales. We pride ourselves on working dilligently to dispatch orders on time, however as we're in exceptional circumstances i'm sure you will understand.

Current processing times: Printed & Plain satin lace gowns is 4 weeks from the date of order.  For all other items it is 2 weeks from the date of order.  Please note this does not include weekends and public holidays, therefore please order early to avoid disappointment. If you need it sooner please get in touch before ordering.  

Delivery destinations: We only deliver within the UK and Ireland.

Delivery times:  All orders are sent via Royal Mail, thefore please also add delivery times onto our processing times.  Royal Mail delivery times can range from 1-5 days.

Courier delivery automatic upgrade: If your order is very heavy, your order will be delivered via a courier tracked Next Day Service at no extra charge.  If your order has been upgraded to courier delivery, you will be notified in the 'Dispatched' email we send of your tracking number.  Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order.
